Your data will never be used for marketing purposes. The information is stored within a password protected server / devices; which are also used in conjunction with anti-malware protection.

The personal information about you that we have collected will be used to:

  • Provide an invoice
When taking your payment for our services, we take payment via PayPal or direct bank transfer. We do not store your financial details in this process.
Information about connected individuals
As we help to service weddings, corporate events and gatherings we may need to ask you questions which relate to personal information about your close family members and dependants in order to advise you appropriately and/or provide our service to you effectively. In such cases it will be your responsibility to ensure that you have the consent of the people concerned to pass their information on to us. We will provide a copy of this privacy notice for them or ask you to pass the privacy information to them.
Whom will your information be shared with?
We will only share your personal information with those third parties who are involved in the performance of our agreement with you. Where third parties are involved in processing your data, we would have ensured that we understand the nature and purpose of the processing and that this is clear; that they are subject to a duty of confidence in processing your data; and that they will only act in accordance with our written instructions.
